What types of things do you want and know people will want to post about.

Do you make graphics? you could make a forum about graphics. etc.

You can't make a (good) website without content! Make a plan of the content first, then do a design, then make the site
Decide if it will be personal or professional.
If it's personal, will you include photos? reviews? a blog? tutorials? games?
Maybe it's for some club/society/guild etc
Remember - the content is the most important!

As mattura says, content is the key.
I tried to start mine with having the content defined and ended up with crap.

Think about what you want to do first and then begin constructing it.
I need to do that. BTW, any idea which tool you will use?

I am trying to research the ones available in Fantastico and have not decided yet.
