I used Joomla! for the site with a nice Template, and phpbb3 for the forums.

Its good, the theme and color combination is nice.

I like the design. The only problem that I've noticed is that the header is too wide, it overlaps the rest of the design on the right. I'm using Firefox 3.

EDIT:
You may want to change the favicon. It's still the default Joomla one.
