1. I do not like sites that muck around with the status bar, especially when it's animated.
2. I don't like the cursor.
3. What language is that? It needs to be in English, Spanish or French otherwise it'll get suspended. (Note: You could provide a translation.)
4. There are some validation errors:

Apart from that the landing page is ok.
On to your homepage:
1. Same comments as the landing page +
2. I don't think the music should play automatically
3. The Menu is very hard to read
4. The header image is a bit fuzzy.
