My SQL & FTP Error

It seems My SQL & FTP on the Stoli server are down:
My SQL prompts: MySQL error: 2013 Lost connection to MySQL server during query

FTP propmpts: Can't read from control socket. Socket error = #10054.

What about FTP?

My theory is that the FTP server has been disabled, I don't really know, however.

FTP is either down already or will go down once they start moving accounts from the server you're on.
