Alot going on in the sig, but its very nice.

The template looks bad. I don't like the Borders. The banner is very nice though.

Not really sure why everyone hated your template...I think it's alright, I'd say a 7/10 for a person at your status... It's good for fitting many things in on the main page while not looking overcrowded...The design is OK, it kind of reminds me of old video games lol...I guess it's because you didn't put any bevels or anything, just gradients and pixels
