My username doesn't exist?

I can log on to these forums...
but for some reason when I go to http://www.x10hosting.com/account , and put in Gweth, it says I don't exist...so I havn't gotten the e-mail and I've had the correct e-mail registered for atleastl 2 days now...

what do i do?

I got the same problem, and when i tried to activate the hosting using the link the email provided,

An Error Has Occurred
You must follow a valid link to this page.

If it doesn't exist you waited too long to activate and your sign up was deleted so you'll need to complete the sign-up again.
