My web site unaccessible - some times

Hi,
my site is http://spocchio.elementfx.com/
from 2 days ago (when i create my x10Hosting account) I'm unable to join the site and the cPANEL for 30 or 40 minutes per hours.
Since yesterday i got the error "Request take too long time"
Now: can't establish a connection to the server
Account status: Suspended

I knwo it is a free service so if I didn't like it i can go out, I want only know if it is a transient problem.

P.S. now the site works! but i dont know how much time it will be done!

We are staying on top of all the issues. We will keep the servers up and running as long as we can. We are monitoring them very closely. Most of the issues have been resolved.
