whats wrong with stoli? the status on server status stoli HTTP apache is online, but why i cxant connect?

I'm on Stoli, Front and backend for my web site is ok. So far so good. Sometimes I have to clear the cache in my browser, I don't know why it hangs like that sometimes. I just checked again my site is working.

sometimes your ip gets blocked you need to speek to an admin to see if it is blocked or not

i just tried opening my web from other ISP and it work.
maybe its like u said, the ip of my ISP is blocked

the other two ISP i try, can open ops.exofire.net
