My website acting finicky?

Hi. Sorry to trouble you guys. But all of a sudden, its taking an extreme long time to load, in Firefox it says its like taking to long to load, and Internet Explorer says page cannot be displayed. I dont understand, my CPANAL works, yet when I click Backup, it loads in an infinite loop.
