So, basically, I can't open my website since around 8pm (Greenwich time), and wasn't able to upload anything since 3pm. Since then, I've been trying, without success, to open my website or my CPanel. On the support chat, they said it was problems with Lotus, so I waited.
Now, it's 0:43am and my website is MISSING. I login into my CPanel and it's EMPTY. So, can any of the staff here explain me why my website just vanished into thin air? And why I didn't even received any notification of this?
I really hope you guys can get my website back, because I worked really hard on it for it to just be gone. I've traded a reliable and smaller hosting lured by x10hosting's capacity and system, so right now I feel deceived by your service.
I'm hoping for an answer soon.
