My website does not show up

Hi there,

I registered the domain name ilove.x10hosting.com and uploaded some files. but when I tried to browse http://ilove.x10hosting.com/, it only shows Index of /Index of /

• admin/
• cgi-bin/
• images/
• maxcms2.8.2009.12.29/
• postinfo.html

Can you please help me? Thank you very much.

You must upload your files in public_html folder.Also make sure you have an index.html or index.php file.(DEFAULT PAGE WHICH LOADS WHEN WE ACCESS SITE)

I wanted to upload a ASP website as I noticed that your free hosting supports ASP as well when I applied for it. I thought I can use index.asp file. Is it right?

Yes ,you can.But Chinese language is not allowed in X10.Now your site is showing something like that.

I think x10hosting is using Chinese language in his website.

Edit: Your website is active now. Replace the default page (index.html) by your own page. Delete the index.html page in your htdocs folder. And then upload your own page.

As per the TOS the English/Spanish/French languages are allowed to host on x10. check TOS here --> http://x10hosting.com/tos.php

Where did you saw the Chinese language on x10 site.

Delete the index.html page in your htdocs folder.

x10hosting is using default document root public_html folder, not htdocs
