My Website doesn\'t work

My FTP is work but my site is doesn\'t work when i upload my files on the FTP, on the website i see :

That is not a page provided by us. Please replace any index files you have in the public_html directory with your own, and see if that solves the problem. Also, clear your browser cache and flush your DNS, then try again.
