My website doesn't work!!!

Hi guys, I'm getting difficulties getting into my website and ftp also.
Any help? Or anyone else having the same problem?

Umm bud, you need to have the ads at the top of the page. other then that the site looks great

By the way, yhap2003, I see you have the ads near the bottom. The ads have to be near the top where you can see it without scrolling down.
