My website got suspended for no reason

My website (http://utibot.ga) was suspended for no reason...

This is what i got

"Access is restricted to your hosting account. The restriction is due to a substantial link having been discovered between your account and another account with a history of abuse activity.

Please contact us if you are not familiar with the circumstances which lead to this restriction. We will investigate and allow legitimate use of our web hosting."

The only thing I was doing is hosting a Telegram (http://telegram.org) bot, if this is against your TOS please tell me and close my account.

x10hosting will not handle suspension-related inquiries in these forums

You need to create an appeal (the only place where you can make one) at --> [ https://x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

If your appeal is accepted by x10hosting - the suspension will be lifted - BUT if your appeal is rejected they will not grant any access to your account or its contents under section 7 [Suspensions] of the current Terms of Service (TOS)

If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or in part to an account holder that has been suspended.

note: x10hosting will not post a notice (or the effective date) when they make a change of the TOS - it is up to you to stay current with the TOS
