My Website has been terminated and I cant get support

My website account has been terminated. No reason given, and when I try to get support, I get this: "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news."

Can't find anything in the forums relating to this. What's happening?

This forum you've posted to is the first level of support for free hosting accounts, you've come to the right place.

Now my question is: What your account in an active suspension for the past 2 months? It doesn't matter if you could see your site online and could log into your cPanel during that whole time. Do you remember what your account panel said your suspension status was before you were terminated?
