My website at : http://technoclub.co.tv seems to be most of the time down. What happens is that whenever I click any link on my site, my internet connection sends and receives data instantly for a second or two, then stops receiving any data for about 10-15 seconds, then starts receiving data normally. This also happens severely with my Wordpress Dashboard. I have checked that it's not my net connection problem any way. To check, I even visited 4 Cyber Cafes and the same situation there too. Please help and tell me whether the server is really going down or there is some other problem...:rant2:
