My website keeps going online/offline I guess it is because stolis Apache HTTP keeps going on and offline line, this is ticking me off I can't work on my site if I can't access it.

Then why are you posting about your website issues on another forum account? You will need to login with the forum account that the hosting account you want to have help with.
