Very nice. The only point on which I would improve is making the logo a little less pixelated and distorted and possibly make the announcement holders stand out a little (gradient or something) so they don't look exactly the same as the background.

I like the site, it has a nice template and it looks like your going to add some more content, I especially like how all your side bars and template features are working for the entire site (should always happen, but seems to be a common problem), as well as the integration of the forum.

i changed the logo to a higher quality one i hope its better now
