I signed up for a free hosting account on 3/26 and I uploaded my website files and I also uploaded my database. When I visit my website I cannot see anything on the page except this:

Hi,
There is a "tar" archive there, which is a compressed file. You can extract it through the cPanel File Manager, by opening "File Manager", selecting the file, and clicking the "Extract" icon at the top. However, it looks like your account has currently hit the initial disk limit. Therefore, you won't be able to extract it, and if the "tar" archive is greater than 512MB in size, it's highly likely the "tar" archive didn't upload fully and is therefore corrupted.
