To the community:

I cannot get my Ticker Countdown Script to work. I uploaded, installed according to the instructions and now I am at a loss. The front page works, but when you click on 'weight loss tickers', the step one page does not show the backgrounds and when you click next, the step two page gives an Unauthorized Access error saying: Your connection to this server has been blocked in the firewall. My site was working, but then it stopped. It has been down since Oct of last year and I have been in conversation via Support Tickets with x10hosting, but the problem still exists. The latest from them said:

Hi,
Your website isn't working correctly (on your end).
http://www.fit4lifefriends.x10hosting.com/ticker/ loads fie.
http://fit4lifefriends.x10hosting.com/ticker/stepone/weightloss.html doesn't show some test.
http://fit4lifefriends.x10hosting.com/ticker/steptwo/weightloss.html has some code which is making you get blocked by the firewall (It even made me being blocked when I tested it).

I do not know what this means.

I requested the Advanced PHP in the hopes that would fix the problem, but that was denied... no explanation so I do not know why, but I assume it would of not helped my problem.

This post is in no way a complaint about x10hoting, I am extremely thankful for this service they offer!

This is a plea for help. I requesting someone to look at my installed Script and get it working. I run a weight loss support community and the ladies there depend on having their countdown tickers to track their progress. I am willing to pay someone to help me via PayPal, but not much, as I am not rich. Can anyone help me?

Thank you,

Edit:

I truly need help here... while in my cPanel I was working on files and now I cannot access a single page through cPanel, I just get this error page:

Unauthorized Access

Your connection to this server has been blocked in the firewall.

You need to contact your hosting provider for further information.

How can I fix my cPanel so I can access it?
