My x10Hosting client are account has been hacked!

Hi, This is very urgent. While i was at school today i tried going on my website and a black page came up "overloadx.org" to see the page. When i got home i tried going to my website and it wouldnt even show the black page anymore. So i was like oh no! I went on the x10hosting client area and tried logging in my account and it said invalid password, So then i went to reset my password and it said that my account doesnt exist! Please help me!

P.S: Now the black page is back.

The account that was hacked was a premium account, i have transactions of when i paid and everything! Im sorry if i posted in the wrong section also..if so i did then please point me to the correct place. Ive already sent a email 4 hours ago to 'abuse@x10hosting.com' but have yet to get a response I need help very badly.

Abuse is for DMCA stuff, use either the premium ticket area (clients.x10hosting.com) or send premium support an email through support[@]x10premium.com. Ticket system is faster (the clients one) but if that's blocked, send the email
