mybb not working?

I have just installed MyBB but when i go to the index page i get a blank screen, is this because of something to do with my hosting or is this a MyBB problem?

I think before it can be run you have to go to /install and install the mybb, That way the index will work.

i've done that, it's installed but it won't show

If you are already installed it, then try deleting the installation files/folder in the file manager.

I believe it is trying to use exec to get the server load which is not allowed. Do a search of the forums, I know this has came up before.
