MyBB SQL Error

Make sure the specified MySQL user exists in cPanel and that the credentials specified within the configuration file that holds the connection information are correct.

That shouldn't be the username for your database. Your cPanel username is just a prefix for your database username, so your database user would be something like "arma3gam_username" (where "username" is the name you assigned to your database user - if you also called that user "arma3gam", then the database username would be "arma3gam_arma3gam").
