MyPHPAdmin not loading

I'm trying to get into myphpadmin but the page does not load up, can someone look into this please

phpmyadmin requires opening a new tab or window.
it does not open in same window/tab.
does your internet browser open new tabs/windows ?

When i try open it in a new tab it just same the same page.

i get this same issue when using my old firefox browser.
ive had to start using a different browser.
have you tried using another browser ?
it could have something to do with any extentions you use that block x10 requirements.
