This is a very simple issue. Please grant necessary privileges to my databases and to its corresponding users.

Check the following things
- Your MySQL Host is "localhost".
- Your Database name (DB names will have the format <yourcpanelusername_dbname)
- Your MySQL user is added to your Database with necessary permissions.

I have changed the configuration file of joomla and given all privileges to the database and users, but the site is still not accessible.

Since I don't have shell access, I am unable to fix it. Else I would have done it.
