MySQL: Cannot create stored procedures, cannot drop them

My database is gone, I have tried to restore it, but couldn't create any stored procedures.
The error message is:
"err 1548: Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted"

Can you please fix it? Thanks a lot
