Hi, I received a suspension with written "Mysql using chatscript."

On my forum I use a NewsBoard (few messages) and a chatbox where registered users can exchange messages. These are causing the problem?

Thank you for your help.

Yes they are indeed causing the problem - read the TOS!

* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.

That's why you're suspended. I've checked with the higher ups and it's considered a zero tolerance suspension since it's clearly stated in the TOS that they're not allowed, and yours is one of them that does use MySQL.

mmm I'm pretty sure that the newsboard not use MySQL but I can not say the same of the ChatBox.

To remove them I must go into the forum, how can I do?

Furthermore, I can take that does not use mysql?

I apologize for my poor English,

thanks!

edit: sorry I was busy and had not noticed the suspension "Zero Tolerance".
There is no way to remove the ban? I'm sure newsboard not use MySQL and I can replace the other.

In any case, I can create a new account with the same email?

Accounts that have been permanently suspended for zero tolerance violations of the terms of service will remain suspended for a minimum of 14 days, (could be quite a bit longer), and then automatically deleted by the system. In the meantime you cannot create a new account because users are only allowed to have one free hosting account.
