MySQL Connectin

Hi there! I am setting a database up and it is setup on the server side. But then now I'm trying to connect to the database with this program called eAthena but it says "[Fatal Error]: Can't connect to MySQL server on '70.85.87.52' (116)"... so how would I go connecting to the database?

well i'll see what to do.. i have like the config thingy but im not on my computer so i won't be able to give it to you .. when i am able to i will give it to you and you should see whats the problem..
