MySQL Database error

[unitmdz4]

I keep getting this error "Table './*******/users' was created with a different version of MySQL and cannot be read"

I haven't changed anything recently, or anything that would affect it. I took out the database name and replaced it with "*"'s.

Please tell me how to fix this.

Just FYI, a lot of people have this problem, including me, thus the 3 topics, I suppose.
