MYSQL database gone?!

For some strange reason, one of my MYSQL databses has been deleted. All I was hosting was a forum and it was the only database I had. IS there anything I can do?

This has been mentioned before, but I will mention it again. If your Mysql databases appear missing all of a sudden, they have not been deleted, it just means that the mysql server is down.
