mySQL Database Problems

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge here. I am new to php and any form of database. I really only know how to read and write code. Basically, I created a mySQL database / user, then installed a PhpBB forum board successfully, got on my forums, browsed for 10 minutes, it started giving me access denied errors so I deleted the forums and database. I started over, but now the usernames / database names are used, if i use a different username / database name it gives me a generic mysql error or says I've reached my max (which is 4) but none of these databases or users show up on my panel. Is it possible for you guys to manually remove all the mySQL databases for me?, I have no data that needs to be saved on them, and cannot create my forum in this condition.

There have been some issues with MySQL today so the Access Denied errors along with the over count of databases may be perhaps all related. See if phpMyAdmin shows your databases and if you have any issues installing phpBB again.
