Mysql database stat two only created one

I created one database, But under hosting account information in cpanel stat's I have two out of three. Now I may have ceated one and deleted it, I don't recall if I did or not.

Does the information schema count as one?

I hate to waste a database if I'm only allowed to "create" 3.

There have been a few accounts with this problem. You will be able to get your full number of databases. I will request a staff member help you fix this issue.
