""you can't make the mySQL information up, you have to know it: either because you're running your own server (then you should have created the database, a mySQL user and password) or if you're webhosted, your webhost has to create it for you and tell you. If you don't know your database name and have no idea, ask your webhost.""

Would this apply to me?
Does someone need to set me up a database because the ones i'm creating won't work.

So if someone can sort this out, Thanks

You can create your mySQL databases in cPanel. Log into cPanel, scroll down to a section named Databases and click on mySQL Databases and enter all the appropriate information.

If by the "ones you're creating won't work", you mean that the database can't connect, it's probably not working because the SQL server might be down. There are many server transfers going on. See this: http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/115601-updates-upgrades-etc.html

In addition, note that Remote SQL is disabled.
