MySql database

I have several PHP pages that I have been running MySql databases on (another server), and now need to set them up on your server.
I need to know the exact databse name, location, and any other details, to connect to my MySql database on your server.

cPanel --> MySQL databases
Create your database(s) -- note you only have two.
cPanel --> phpMyAdmin
Create and attach database users to your database, using ALL PRIVILEGES when the pop up appears.
Data base host is "localhost"

Note: If your cPanel user name is igor and you create a DB named "lab", the DB's name is acually "igor_lab"
Same with usernames. "helper" becomes "igor_helper".
I usually make the username the same as the DB name.

Hi,
I am now getting the error: "No database selected"
I am using the USE databasName command.
Any ideas what I maybe doing wrong?

Have you checked that you have entered a database name and that it is correct?
