Just want to know if the ports 3306 and 1221 are open ? or do i have to request ?

Port 1221 is used by/for SweetWARE Apps (Found this info from http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers)

the port 1221 and por 3306 i want to use with SAMBC is a software to stream live music from my pc , and port 1221 is to use for request songs

3306 can be opened on a per IP basis. You need to PM Corey with your IP address (which needs to be static).

As for 1221 i'm not sure.

Also, unless you have a licence to stream music, or are the copyright holder of all music that is being streamed you can't stream this music using our service.

No , I'm not going to stream music using this services , I'm just going to create webpage (php) where people can see the list o music I'm playing and at the same time they can request songs, I'm going to use my own pc to stream music .
