MySQL Databases Disappeared

I have recently attempted to connect to an area of my site which requires access to a MySQL Database, and has worked perfectly previously. However, now I receive an error from PHP saying:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /home/inte/(...) on line 7

I looked in cPanel, and it says I am using 2/2 MySQL Databases (as usual). However, when I enter the 'MySQL Databases' section on cPanel, it displays that I have no MySQL Databases associated to my account?
