mysql databases shows empty but is not in myphpadmin

database is showing 0 mB but it is not in phpmyadmin?

My site fell completely over yesterday and have now rebuilt the database , which now still does not function?

What do you mean it is not in phpMyAdmin, like the database name is not found in phpMyAdmin?
