mySQL databases taking too much time to be active

I have never had such errors with x10hosting before.I tried to install elgg with softaculous.It showed that elgg couldnt connect to to the database with the given credentials.Now when i manually installed it it is showing the same error.Please help me.My sit url is: galfa.co.cc
