MySQL DB limit bug

I get this on the MySQL Databases page of the cPanel:
Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of MySQL databases. If you need more please contact your service provider.

But on the cPanel it shows:
All SQL Databases - 3/6

The "3/6" means that you are using all three of your MySQL databasses and none of your three PostgeSQL databases. Since PostgreSQL isn't enabled on Free Hosting servers, you're at your limit. (There doesn't appear to be a way to tell cPanel not to include the PostgreSQL entry. It's been like that forever.)
