MYSQL DB Numbers

Hi dear :
In my Cpanel main page shown that I can use 4 mysql database but after creating 2 database it says you reach maximum number of database number . Is maximum number of mysql number two or there is problem in my Cpanel ?

Free Hosting accounts get 2 MySQL databases.
Illuminated get 4.

If you are on the Free plan, 2 is the correct number and the cPanel display is incorrect.
