MySQL db

How do i create a MySQL database? I'm using the Wizard and it seems to be working, however no db's are being made. I've made several in the past on different servers no problem.

Using the MySQL wizard in cPanel is used to create databases. To create tables in the database, you must use phpMyAdmin or a script.

I've created my tables using mysqldumper, however my db has now disappeared. Now when i go onto mysqldumper i recieve this error:

Lotus MySQL seems to be messed up again.

Is it going to take 36 hours to fix it again?
