mysql + dreamweaver cs3 setup

Hello,
i've read the forum about the settings.
I need to send to the administrator my ip address to setup the firewall to connect dreamweaver to the mysql db.
Who should i contact?

Corey'd be the one, as he owns the servers, though someone else of the staff may be able to change the settings as well.

We are currently not letting any outside connections through to MySQL. This has been abused in the past and we can not allow it until we have a better way to monitor who has remote access.
