mySQL error

when trying to connect to the db by using IPB, i get this

what's the deal? i wasn't doing anything manually in the files, i was trying to update the board header.
can someone help me fix this?

can a mod please delete this, for some reason all mySQL users were deleted :| so that was really wierd, but no data was lost i still have my DBs thank goodness, so can an admin look into this though, i think it's quite strange...
