MySQL Errors, unable to log into Account Mgmt System and CPanel, cannot reset pswrd

Hi X10Hosting,

I visited the thread at http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/126059-i-cant-login-my-cpanel-fris-mysql-isnt-working.html since I was receiving mySQL errors. Unfortunately, I found that I cannot log in to the Account Management System, CPanel, and also all attempts to reset my password do not result in any emails sent to me.

Is there something else that I should try... or is this something that you would be able to fix?

Thanks for your help! Please let me know if you would need any additional information.

(My account name is braraw12, and it looks like my host is now int.fris.x10hosting.com.)

You have to login to change the password.

Well, I guess that's also a problem. I cannot login to the x10 Account Management System or cPanel to change any passwords. I have been using the change password function on the x10 Account Management Login, but I am receiving no emails from x10.

okay, it looks like I am able to log onto the acct management screen using the my forum user/pass. Thanks for the help and sorry for any confusion.

Well, I guess that's also a problem. I cannot login to the x10 Account Management System or cPanel to change any passwords. I have been using the change password function on the x10 Account Management Login, but I am receiving no emails from x10.

Make sure you are trying to login with forums username and password on Account Panel.
Check the spam/junk folder for the email, if it is not coming in inbox then it should be there.

Tried forum info and it works... thanks for the help! It had been a while since I had needed to log into the management system.
