mySQL Host Address

Greetings,

I am just posting to get some help. My problem is I want x10Hosting to host my mySQL base, with the tables and everything, so nothing runs off my computer.

I am using "SQLyog" (that's the program) to access the mySQL database. Although, I don't know the host address...

Can someone please help ASAP?

I don't know the server, but I do know that x10hosting has blocked the mySQL port to the outside world, so programs such as sqlyog would not be able to access the database even if you knew the host.

Hmm... Maybe I can get them to allow me... Hopefully ;(

We can allow a static IP through the firewall for this; Please note though that we are not a database host, you do need a website to go with your account and not just a database.

If your IP is static please PM me it, if it isn't you'd have to use phpMyAdmin in your cPanel.

Okay, that is fine then. You'd still need to PM me the static IP that needs access
