Okay, I'm confused. This may seem like the stupidist question ever, but where can I get my MySQL server, username and password?

cPanel can basically help you with this. Otherwise to start, your server is "localhost" and if you didn't create a database user for the database, the Username and Password will be that of your cPanel account.
