Mysql Ip & Port ??

I'm working on a database project and in need of the IP & port of MYSQL. Can anybody help as to where i can find this info in cPanel??

my cPanel ID is void81

For IP use localhost
The port is 3306.

Thanks, I am using this info as a connection string for a UI to insert data into a table. The app will be running on my machine at home, however, the data base will be in cPanel. If local host does not work, would I just use the IP that I use to login to cPanel, with the Port you just gave me??

We do not allow outside mysql DB connections. This is for security reasons. So you would need whatever you are wanting to insert with on the account.

Would it be possible to use an .asp page to do this project that I am working on? Does cPanel accept .asp pages?
