Mysql Issue

Ok I know there is something going on with the server and well I hope they can fix it...I have no doubts that they cannot fix it for that they have done good and taken required measures when it was needed.

I checked my account it it used to say mysql was down.....
now it is not down....

Before the MySql went down I think my things were working correctly but I am not sure.

Though I am not sure on the exact reason I get this error when I click on MySql in the CPanel:

Error:

<br /><b>Error while connecting to MySQL. Failover enacted.</b><br />

Where that is there should have been a database I beleive, the database is not there anymore.

Is there something I may have done to cause this to happen or....can anyone help me fix it in a correct manor.

Edit:

I forgot to mention that for some reason my CPanel has some new features....and well then some features are missing.

Not sure if the CPanel will be changed like this permanently or if .....not sure exactly on what to say about it.
