MySQL lag time on boru?

I use WordPress http://sethkilley.x10hosting.com/blog and right now my page won't load. I've noticed some instability the last week where the page won't load at all or will take a very long time. If I go to my root page http://sethkilley.x10hosting.com which doesn't use MySQL it loads very fast
