sorry meant phpMyAdmin not MySQL, probably why I didn't see the other thread.
When I try to log in to phpMyAdmin from my control panel i get this error

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php:42) in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/index.php on line 99
Any help would be greatly appreciated as my database doesn't appear to be working at all.
